Oranges, Mandarins, Lemons, Persimmons, Apples and Pears

The fruits arrive from the field in bins or crates, and depending on the fruit the emptying process could be done dry or in water. These machines, manual or automatic and self-regulating, are designed for maximum flexibility and efficiency. Next, we move into a manual sorting phase, where we can brush, if necessary, wash and dry it, in the case of citrus fruits or apples, even waxing process. Ready for grading, our fruit is sorted by mechanical or electronic graders (weight, diameter, color, internal quality, external quality), and then packaged (rapid-pack tables, recirculation tables) or pre-graded into crates or bins (various models of fillers and bin handling machines).
